Good news - there was a loss. And I didn't work out. And I had eaten dinner off the program. And one day I ate donuts...Pace and necessary sugar. I'm 1.6 pounds lighter and that's a total of 9.6 pounds lost. I'm excited for next week and breaking that 10 pound mark.
Bad news - I'm out of the exercise loop. I did exercise today with the 4th floor and Turbo Jam, but I want to get back in the swimming habit. Even though it was just one week, I really liked the energy it gave me. I need to not get caught up at school and make that an excuse. There are days that I could stop by the pool, but I feel too tired, so I don't.
My goal for this JC week is to stay focused. We are having people over tomorrow for dinner and while it will likely be healthy, I need to keep my priorities straight. Also, I want to get to the pool at least once - likely Tuesday - next week. I'm missing the swimming. If the staff meeting isn't too long on Monday, I should be able to make it then too.
I'm excited to be back in the 1-- world. I'm at an even 200.0 now and ready to shed that 2!
